Free email addresses are all well and good but ask yourself the question, why are they free? The reason is simple, because you don't pay for them they are sold on to third parties who then send you unwanted mail. We at AWS would advise all people to have a secure email address for personal, business and banking use. Another good reason to have a private email address is you can actually use your name and not put silly numbers in because your name has already been taken.

Your Questions Answered:

Q: Will I be completely spam free with a private email address?
A: This depends on how many people you give your address to. We would recommend you still use a free email address to sign up for things like forums, online shopping and even charities because whenever you sign up for anything on the net there is always a chance your email address will get passed on. If you only use it for the more serious things with large reputable companies and to pass on to friends and family then you will be pretty much spam free.

Q: What email addresses are available to me through AWS?
A: We can provide you with an email address with one of the following extensions, email1.co.uk, emailuk.biz and post4me.co.uk. For example if your name is John Walker you could put johnwalker@email1.co.uk or jw@email1.co.uk and so on.

Q: Will I be able to check my email from any where in the world or on another PC?
A: There is no problem checking your email either from another country or from another PC. If you have a lap top then you can receive your emails as normal while abroad. You can also access your mail from a third party computer by using the online web mail service that we provide. You can also set up a new machine abroad to receive your emails in the normal way. We will always be on hand to support you with any difficulties.
